Favourite records for instant access
Stop scrolling through long lists to find the jobs and clients you work on every day. Star the records you use most, and they'll be visible wherever you are in the system. Filter any list to show only your favourites, manage them in bulk, or right-click a pill to add or remove.

Multi-currency views across jobs and invoices
If you're working in multi-currency, you no longer need to jump between screens to get the full picture. New currency columns on Job and Phase lists show totals by currency at a glance, and a new currency switch on Invoice tabs and Billing Plans lets you toggle between base and invoice currency.

Six new profit columns on Job and Phase lists
Spot margin issues at a glance without opening individual records. Estimated GP%, Actual GP, Actual GP%, Estimated NP%, Actual NP and Actual NP% are now available in the column picker.

Smarter batch actions for resource bookings
Managing your team's time just got quicker. Filter resource bookings by Organisation, Job, Phase or Stage, then move, hide, delete, revert to draft or confirm in a single action. New default charge codes and department filters save even more clicks.

Task duplication, reactions and date change notifications
Spend less time on task admin. Duplicate tasks with a single click, react to comments, and get alerted automatically when someone changes a due date. The comment box is now always visible too, so there's one less click every time you want to add a note.

Hide rows from Gantt chart exports
Share cleaner project plans with clients. Hide any phase, stage or task from a Gantt export with a single click, so clients only see what's relevant to them.

Milestones in Gantt charts
Keep key dates visible across your projects. Add milestones directly from the Gantt chart and track them with a new Upcoming milestones view on task lists. Milestone tasks get their own pill icon so you can tell them apart at a glance.

Past and future periods in Data Analytics
See where your year is heading. Data Analytics now lets you view past and future periods in the same report. Combine actuals with forward-looking data to get a projected position for the full financial year.

Purchase invoice inbox
No more manual uploading supplier invoices. Just forward them to your Synergist inbox address, and they're processed automatically. Combined with v15's AI autofill, your purchase invoice workflow just got a lot faster.

Search on weekly timesheets
Find the job you're looking for without scrolling. A new search box on Weekly Timesheets lets you search by organisation, job or phase.

Revenue recognition filters, attachment quick view, bulk upload for purchase invoices, automatic invoice numbering, MFA on mobile, navigation improvements, naming updates, and expanded Sage Intacct integration are just a few.
