DocuSign now connects directly into Synergist. Send a quote for signature from the Quotes tab, track it through to completion, and let the signed document file itself against the job automatically.
Pleo expenses, imported automatically
Pleo now connects directly into Synergist. Expenses import with receipts and tax information included, replacing a stack of manual data entry with one click.
Know where you stand on third-party spend before it's committed
Purchase Budgets let you set an overall spend budget for a phase, then link Purchase Orders, draft POs and expenses to it. Watch the remaining budget update in real time, instead of finding out what you've spent with suppliers when the purchase invoice arrives.
Less admin for anyone managing freelancers
Convert an approved freelancer timesheet straight into a Purchase Order, with the original timesheet cost zeroising automatically so nothing gets counted twice. Set separate overtime cost rates for freelancers too, so job costing reflects what they're actually paid.
