Manage multi-currency across your agency group

Synergist supports multi-currency at every level: group, company, client, and individual job. Estimate, quote, invoice, and manage purchases in any currency, with automatic conversion for reporting.

  • Set a base currency for your group and individual currencies for each company. You can also set a base currency per client and change the currency for individual jobs

  • When it’s time to invoice, you can use either your pre-set exchange rate or the latest exchange rate. You can also add the tax codes for a range of countries and states

  • Purchase in any currency with automatic conversion back to your base currency for reporting

  • Build custom cross-company reports using the Data Analytics tool, with values automatically converted to the currency of the country you're reporting from
