How AI Brief Builder will work
You'll find it in Discovery, a new step in Synergist that comes before an opportunity. Start a Discovery for each new enquiry, build the brief as you go, then decide whether it should become one opportunity, several or none.
Bring it all together
Add everything the client has shared, whether it's in an email, a document or a chat, plus notes or transcripts from meetings and calls. AI Brief Builder will pick out the key information for that type of work.
See what's clear and what's missing
AI Brief Builder will flag anything missing, unclear or contradictory, from deliverables to budgets and timelines. It will suggest the questions to ask your client to close the gaps, and rate your brief on three measures: completeness, understanding and confidence.
Share a brief your client can sign off
Review and refine what's been captured, add your own insight, then turn it into a structured brief you can email straight from Synergist to your client. AI Brief Builder will also create a job in Synergist, so your team can track the time and cost invested at the discovery stage.
Your brief doesn't need to be finished in one go. Add to it after every workshop, meeting or call, and AI Brief Builder will work it into what you already have.
