We are proud to say that Synergist is ISO 27001 certified.

Independently assessed by the British Assessment Bureau, it demonstrates Synergist’s commitment to keeping data and premises secure.

ISO 27001 is the internationally-recognised Information Security Management Standard. It is subject to audit, and exhibits Synergist’s engagement and resolve in dealing with the security of customer information.

At its heart is the creating of business culture and processes that makes sure data is treated with integrity, safety and confidentiality.

The standard specifies a management system that brings information security under explicit management control. Management is required to:

  • Systematically examine the organisation’s information security risks.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive set of information security controls and/or other forms of risk treatment.
  • Create an overarching management process to ensure that the security controls continually meet information security needs.
