Software QA Tester

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is already an experienced Synergist user and is looking to pivot into a career in software testing.

We’re looking for a QA tester to join our software development team. No prior testing experience needed. This role is perfect for an experienced Synergist user—your insider knowledge becomes your superpower. We want someone who can turn that knowledge into testing gold. If you have a keen eye for detail, patience, and a passion for improving user experience, we’ll provide the training and support to help you become a skilled QA Tester.
What you’ll do
- Learn and apply QA methodologies to Synergist software
- Perform functional, performance, and regression testing
- Collaborate with developers and the QA team
- Plan, script, and execute tests
- Identify and report bugs
- Document release notes and attend daily standups
What we’re looking for
- Experienced Synergist software user
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Patience and a methodical approach
- Willingness to learn and grow into a QA role

Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 a year
Location: Cheadle Hulme, Manchester (Hybrid – minimum 3 days in the office per week - flexible working hours)
