Product update: smooth data syncing - integrate your CRM & Synergist for easy lead management

 |  In: Product | Synergist news

Accurate pipeline forecasting is a crucial part of managing revenue and capacity. But having a pipeline clogged up with non-sales-ready leads can complicate your planning and create confusion. Synergist’s easy integration with HubSpot and Salesforce CRMs helps to keep your agency pipeline in Synergist clutter-free and up-to-date, so you can accurately forecast.

Two-way syncing with HubSpot and Salesforce

Rekeying data between systems manually is time consuming, dull and can leave you vulnerable to errors. A slip of the finger or momentary lack of concentration can result in mismatched data and a big headache.

To get around this issue, our partners, Tailored Cloud Solutions*, have helped us to create a quick, easy way to send data regarding clients, contacts and opportunities into Synergist from HubSpot and Salesforce CRMs. You decide what and when to sync, to avoid clogging up your pipeline with non-sales-ready leads.

This clever two-way linking system, also syncs data from Synergist back to your CRM, if you:

  • Add a new contact or amend an existing one, this will be updated in your CRM.
  • Change a deal status, the new status and quote value will be sent to your CRM.

Plus, when creating a deal within your CRM, you can select a template which is generated from Synergist templates, press the sync button and hey presto! It will transfer to Synergist and create the opportunity from the template.

Helping you keep your sales forecasts accurate and letting you forecast your required capacity more precisely. Ultimately make you more productive and more profitable...
