WWF Living Planet report contains a useful resource

 |  By: Steve Johnson In: Trends

The WWF has just produced its Living Planet report for 2016.

Several people in environmental consultancies have noted that the very useful summary report contains something else that's also helpful: an all-encompassing ecosystem services piechart that could be a handy resource when communicating the big picture to clients.

We therefore include it here, together with link to the main and summary report.

Considered a model of clear environmental communication, perhaps the top finding of the report is the revelation that global populations of fish, birds, mammals, amphibians and reptiles declined by 58 per cent between 1970 and 2012.
