As part of the ongoing development of Synergist, we'll soon be replacing the report editor we use to design your bespoke forms for quotations, invoice and purchase orders. Prior to that replacement, we need to convert any report forms created using the old editor for use with the new editor. This is not something that we can fully automate, so we're contacting all clients with the old style forms so that we can make copies of them, convert them via our systems here and return them to you.
Good news, there's no disruption to your users during this process and you can continue to use your existing forms throughout.
The process of copying the forms and returning the converted forms to you, requires us to make a connection to one of your workstations and log in to Synergist. Members of our support team may be contacting you over the coming weeks to arrange this remote connection - it'll be done using the same tools we use to support users who require us to observe an issue, normally Logmein Rescue: https://support.me
