The Synergist browser interface is designed for use over an internet connection. So whether your Synergist server is in your office or at a data centre, you should have access from any internet-enabled device. There’s an app specifically for iPhone and iPad users which works either in or out of the office via wi-fi or 3G too.
Synergist incorporates just the CRM functionality that most companies actually use. This includes the tools needed for successful new business activity and regular client contact management.
Synergist lets you import data from any standard format. So if it’s possible to export the data from your previous system - and there is a corresponding field for it in Synergist - it can be imported.
We also have an automated import tool for new clients migrating from the Sohnar Traffic and Traffic Live systems. This enables us to import Clients, Suppliers, Jobs, Tasks and Quotes from these systems into Synergist, allowing sites that migrate across to be up and running very quickly with Synergist.
Basically, as little as possible we aim to get Synergist live after just 3 days of on-site working. These 3 days are typically spread over 2 – 3 weeks to make sure they don’t impact on your day to day work.
Full users will need about 2 half-day training sessions, and staff who will be using the browser interface to enter time will only need about half an hours training.
If you want us to map the configuration of Synergist very closely to your existing processes and procedures, we can do that too. Of course, this will require more time with your key people (1 or 2 decision makers) to configure the system, but this will also ensure minimal disruption to your business.
Once an order is placed, the implementation process begins immediately. Typically there is a 4 week lead time for system consultants to begin the onsite work. In this time, any required software installations will be done by remote connection and data transfer work will be done. We will also give you a list of any other information we need, so this can be ready before the onsite configuration work begins. Once the onsite configuration and training is done we recommend going live on the system immediately. Typically the whole process from placing an order to going live is 8 – 10 weeks.
Yes. As well as specifying a base currency for each trading business you have on your Synergist system, you can also pick a default currency for each client. When you raise a job for them it automatically inherits this currency and this will be used for quotes and invoices. You can also make purchases or enter expenses in any currency.
