Synergist provides client relationship management (CRM) functionality which is fully integrated into the job management system. So there’s no need to re-enter data, a benefit which dramatically improves its uptake amongst users!

On a day-to-day basis, the Synergist CRM module offers contact management facilities – logging client, prospect, colleague and supplier calls, emails, to-do's and correspondence. And it also allows you to create and action new messages, emails etc. But, if any red lights do start flashing, you can create automatic Job Alerts and send emails to assigned managers on matters requiring urgent attention.

Certain documents and messages can also be shared with relevant clients via the secure client portal.
