The Capacity Planning module in Synergist provides exceptional resource planning and loading analysis across all of the projects and jobs in the business.

Users are able to quickly manipulate the data in Synergist projects and jobs to view demand on skills and staff in different ways. For example it is possible to check demand by skill over the forthcoming months and enquire which clients are creating that demand, see whether you have the resources to deliver the demand or whether you need subcontractors.

This analysis can be done in Synergist or in MS Excel Pivot Tables. In addition it is possible to carry out "what if" analysis on prospective jobs to see their effect on the business. All of this is delivered in a cost effective, simple to use and fully integrated module allowing inefficient staff utilisation to be eliminated by way of improving management visibility on heavily loaded areas of the business and diverting some demand to poorly utilised areas.
