Synergist will drive the process with a list of jobs requiring billing, based either on billing plans or costs incurred. The draft invoice content can be created from the quote, list of work done, any existing invoice, the job description or manually. This ensures quick and accurate billing and following an approval process the invoices are output via print or email as branded documents.
Job billing milestones may be set and the invoicing routines are fully integrated into the Work in Progress to allow accurate WIP calculations and to permit cost allocation analysis of the exact profitability of a given invoice.
All invoices are posted automatically (with nominal analysis) to your chosen accounts system such as Sage, Pegasus, Great Plains, Sun Systems, Access, MYOB and Oracle Financials.
