Reporting to the Senior Support Officer, you will join our growing support team, providing assistance to users of our Synergist software. You will provide first-line support to our clients via telephone email and web browser. You must be able to communicate effectively with all staff grades, from business owners to admin clerks and provide excellent problem solving skills. You will provide assistance to all levels of IT literacy, from novice users to network administrators.
You will receive full training on our Synergist software.

The position is permanent, full time (Mon-Fri, 9am-5.30pm) and available immediately.
Salary is £18,000 to £23,000 dependent on how effective you can be from the start.
